This is, according to Forbes, one of the ten most important deals in the high-tech industry.
The sales of the CS-6400 never showed up (at least to my eyes) in the SEC documents filed either by Sun or SGI. But I always thought it was way under the $100 million mentioned as a top limit by this article.
